After my political career, I gained experience as a head of sales departments, director of strategy and business development departments, and was responsible for contacts with state administration of local government and European Union institutions.

I have served as a management consultant for leading IT companies such as Asseco Poland and SAP, as well as for renowned consulting firms EY or PwC, where as a Partner, I built Digital&Technology, IoT or GDPR departments.

I founded PUSZ Advisory in 2006. Currently, with a team of experienced and recognized experts, I run a consulting practice to ensure the success of our clients.
